Officially formed in November of 2007, Bravo! unites international quartet competitors from the Northeastern and Seneca Land Districts. All quartet members belong to the Mohawk Valley Chapter in Seneca Land District.
The quartet began competing in the Seneca Land District in 2008, and this September was named the 2008 Seneca Land District Quartet Champion. Bravo! will compete next spring with the hope of earning the right to represent the District in International Competition in Anaheim, California, in July, 2009.
Tenor Dan Driscoll joined the Barbershop Harmony Society in 1986. He lives in Rhinebeck in Dutchess County, New York, where he runs a home inspection business. Dan is a three-time Northeastern District Champion: in 1993 with Riverside Rascals, 1995 with Monkey Business, and 1998 with Sunday Morning News. He competed in the international quartet contest in 1993 with Riverside Rascals. Dan and his wife Jane have been married for 31 years. They have two children: James, an architectural major at Pratt Institute in New York City, and Kate, a communications disorders and speech pathology major at SUNY New Paltz.
Don Drake sings lead and lives in West Winfield, New York. He and his wife Jody have eight children. Katie, Sarah, Jolyn, Jason, James, Anna, Ashley, and Amanda continue to be the focus of their lives. Don also sings lead in the Seneca Land District finalist quartet Full Circle. He won the Seneca Land District championship in 2002 with Harmonix, which represented Seneca Land District from 2003-2007 in international competition. He is a sales associate with Norbco in Clinton. A member since 1987, Don is also associate director and lead section leader for the Mohawk Valley Chapter.
Former Music judge and Barbershop Harmony Society President Rob Hopkins sings baritone. A Society member for 33 years, Rob has sung in a quartet since junior high school and been a musical director or assistant for over thirty years. Most recently he sang in Harmonix, 2002 Seneca Land District champs and international quartet competitors in 2003-2007. He is an active arranger who does most of the arrangements for Bravo!. Rob and his wife Kris have three children: Emily, Dan, and Laura. Dan has joined the Mohawk Valley Chapter, which Rob serves as musical director. Rob is an associate professor of music at Hamilton College.

He and wife Rebecca have been married 31 years and have three children: sons Jordan and Jason, and daughter Corey. Dave joined the Barbershop Harmony Society in 1971 and three years later won his first Northeastern District Championship with Four-N-Aires, who competed in the international quartet contests in 1974, 1975, and 1977. He has won five other Northeastern District championships (1979 with Showdown, 1983 with Yesterday Bound, 1992 with New Day, 1995 with Monkey Business, and 1998 with Sunday Morning News) and has competed in six additional international quartet competitions, making it to the top twenty in 1984 and 1985 with Yesterday Bound.
